FOOD
Today's Meals
Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs / 1 Sliced Apple / 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
Lunch: Ground Beef and Black Bean Chili served over Greens / 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast / Green Beans / Sliced Tomatoes / Balsamic Vinaigrette Drizzle
Snack: Half a Banana / 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese
Beverages: Green Tea / Peppermint Tea / Lemon Water / Water... ALL DAY!!!
